Sleeps 12 comfortably in good sized bedrooms plus sofa beds if required. 2 Kitchens / dining rooms plus 4 bath / shower rooms, 2 of which are en-suites to master bedrooms. The Old Theatre is available as a single dwelling or can be divided into 2 separate 3 bed apartments each with its own entrance. There is a large roof terrace which is ideal for barbeques with extensive views over the Solent, Cowes and the Medina Valley. Centrally located in the old town with easy walking access to the yacht clubs, marinas, shops and beaches.

The house is available as single 6-bed or divided into 2 x 3-bed apartments, each with own access. The upstairs apartment is accessed by the side door to the left of the main door. It has a galleried living room, kitchen dining area, main double bedroom with en-suite bath / shower room, second twin bedroom, 3rd twin bedroom plus family bathroom. This apartment has more of a modern feel. The living spaces are very generous and it also has the benefit of the large roof terrace complete with teak dining furniture and bbq.

Next door is Rawlins Hotel and for a modest membership fee by arrangement with the hotel directly it is possible to use their facilities including heated outdoor pool. Beyond Cowes, the Island is awash with places of interest, country and coastal walks, beaches and activities to suit every taste.

Notes: The facilities of Rawlins Hotel next door including bar, dining and heated outdoor pool are available by agreement with them and payment of modest membership fee. Being in the Old Town, there is no parking immediately outside. Loading and unloading is convenient but we park either in a car park 5 minute walk away or it is usually possible to park in the road 10 minutes away, sometimes closer. The roof terrace is large with far-reaching views over the Solent, the town / marina and up the Medina Valley - ideal for bbqs
