It is a well equipped 5 bed villa (sleeps 10/12) and is all you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in the Algarve. Within 10 minutes drive of the villa you will find championship golf courses, numerous restaurants, golden beaches, the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and many other sports and leisure facilities. The small, elegant shopping mall of Quinta shopping is located directly at the entrance of Quinta do Lago with boutiques, paper shops, coffe shops & bars. The villa is approximately 15 minutes drive from Faro International Airport which is a short flight away from most European capitals.

Within 10 minutes drive of the villa you will find championship golf courses, numerous restaurants, golden beaches, the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve & many other sports and leisure facilities. The small, elegant shopping mall of Quinta Shopping is located directly at the entrance of Quinta do Lago and has boutiques, paper shop, shops, coffee shops & bars. The town of Almacil is short away & the market down of Loulé is a 20 minutes drive away. Loulé is steeped in local Moorish history, hosts a daily undercover market plus excellent market on a Saturday morning & well worth a visit. The cities of Seville and Lisbon are only a few hours drive away by car.

  • Please Note: All prices are in UK Pounds & include underfloor heating in the winter months & air condiditoning in the summer months. The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance. If required, pool heating is an additional £150 per week. During a weekly stay, the Maids will visit mid week to change the towels and freshen the house. A fortnightly stay will also include a full clean after a week, an additional towel change plus a linen change.
  • Booking Notes: 30% of the total amount to secure the booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Refundable £500 breakages deposit payable with the final balance. A full copy of the Terms & Conditions are available on request.

Both have en suite bathrooms and access to their own private balconies which overlook the pool and rear garden areas. On the ground floor, there are 2 further bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with twin beds and both have en suite facilities. The twin bedroom has access to the outside terrace area which overlooks the pool and rear garden areas. The 5th bedroom is located in the basement and has twin beds and en suite facilities. There is also a door to access the lower garden. There is ample built-in wardrobe space in all 5 bedrooms.

There are 5 courses at Vilamoura :The Old Course, Laguna, Millennium, Pinhal & Victoria, & Vila Sol currently has 1 golf course. These will take you around 15 mins to drive to. There are of course many more courses along the coast. Please ask for details on discounted green fees.
