This is a stunning property which will delight anyone who stays here. The property is new, decorated and furnished in impeccable taste with full air conditioning. No expense has been spared to present this villa at its best. The accommodation has three bedrooms, a double and 2 singles both of these have pull out beds to convert to doubles, the villa will comfortably suit up to 6 people. There is a fully equipped shower room.The ground floor has a large lounge/dining room with satellite t.v. The modern kitchen has all appliances . Double french doors open onto a covered outdoor dining area ideal for long lazy afternoons and evenings with a bottle of wine, good food and good company. This gives access to your own private sun terrace. The villa is located at the quiet edge of the private complex, but is less than a one minute stroll away from the swimming pool which is available to guests only. Bodrum is a ten minute stroll away, (a bus passes the gates if you don't want to walk).

Bodrum is a delightful town with many welcoming shops bars and restaurants.You can stroll to the town in 40 minutes, but there is a Dolmus bus service which is very cheap which runs past the complex. You can get on and off where you want. Gumbet centre is about a 15 minute walk. The area is rich in historical and archaeological sites. There is superb diving on your doorstep with paragliding, windsurfing, sea fishing etc. on the beach.There are a number of beaches close at hand from 5 to 10 minutes by car or Dolmus bus.There is an excellent golf course within a 15 minute drive. There is a waterpark close by for those who want to have fun and get wet! You are welcome to take your own DVD's & CD's.

  • The shower room is fully tiled with a toilet and hand basin, and a generous mirror with shaving point etc. There is a further downstairs toilet fully tiled with a wash basin.

  • The bedrooms are beautifully yet simply furnished with wardrobes and bedside cabinets which offer plenty of hanging and drawer space. There are mirrors in all the bedrooms. The two smaller bedrooms are set up as singles but there is plenty of space with the under beds pulled out which turns them into twins. The 1st and 2nd bedrooms have lovely balconies with views over the surrounding countryside. The other bedrooms also has pretty views. All rooms in the villa have the benefit of full air conditioning.

Notes: The lounge/ diner has a table which seats 6 people, and the L shaped sofa will also seat 6 people very comfortably. The outside dining area is covered and is pleasantly shaded but if you want to it is easy to move the tables and chairs onto the sun terrace where it is in full sun. We would ask our guests not to smoke in the house.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 weeks in September and we had a really brilliant time! The Villa is gorgeous, even better than the photos if you can believe it, and the complex as a whole is just as nice. Very clean, well-maintained and pretty. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - Turkish and English alike.

Bodrum itself is one of a kind, there are endless things to do for all tastes/ages and the rest of the peninsuala is easily accessable. The buses (Dolmus) are an extreemely reliable and fun way to get around, if you have a car or not.

Huge thanks to both Jaquie and Tommy!! The best holiday we've been on. We will definately be back again.
