This stunning modern villa is set in beautiful large gardens at the foot of the Gavarres hills, the views of which are quite breathtaking. The villa is south facing therefore you benefit from all day sun. The well maintained gardens are a delight with large lawned area for your enjoyment. The large covered terrace leads to the extensive pool area. There are two outdoor dining areas, stone built BBQ, 8 sunloungers and sun shades for your pleasure. Inside this stunning villa you will find a very comfortable well furnished home, which is extremely well equipped with all you could need to make this a very special holiday. The four bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with comfortable beds. Two bedrooms have private terrace with table and chairs for you to enjoy your pre dinner drink or indeed breakfast with a view. Two bedrooms have ensuite facilities plus there are two more bathrooms. There are fans in all bedrooms for your comfort. A perfect villa for your summer holiday.

Calonge is a medieval village with castle which hosts outdoor music spectacles during summer months, a weekly market, shops and only 3 kilometers from the breathtaking coastline of the Costa Brava. There are many attractions in this wonderful area of Catalunya. The spectacular beaches, medieval villages, fishing ports, castles, museums and the must see cities of Barcelona and Girona. The traditional fishing town of Palamos only 5 km drive has a daily fish market which is a great spectacle for all the family & a chance to buy the catch of the day, the old town also offers a great variety of traditional tapas bars. There are many activities available locally, the waterpark in Platja Dáro is always a hit with families, many walking routes and cycling routes on the doorstep. The golf courses of Catalunya are amongst some of the best in Europe. For those looking for shops, there are many exclusive shops in Platja Dáro, a modern resort with great cafes and a long sandy beach.

Additional information: This villa benefits from direct access to the large pool area from the living room, dining, kitchen and downstairs bedroom. This large detached villa is set in a quite location. The villa is fully managed for your convenience. Our agents are British and live in the area, they are available to help you with any questions you may have. They have local knowledge and will be happy to help you. Guests staying for two weeks will have linen and towels changed and mid-rental clean. The swimming pool will be cleaned three times a week. The garden is maintained regularly.

Das Ferienhaus sowie das dazugehörige Grundstück waren in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand, ebenso der Pool und die Ausstattung des Hauses. Zieht man in Betracht, dass der Kunde in vorfeld auf die Entfernung zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca 4 km) hingewisen worden ist und er ist motoriesiert!, konnten wir damit gut leben. Das gleiche gilt für den Weg zu den Stränden, welche ebenfalls gepflegt waren. Wir haben uns in dieser Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und können es mit einem sehr guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
