Grand Barcelona apartment with exposed stone walls and modern appliances, totally renovated, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in the Eixample area, just 5 minutes walk from Plaza Espanya (Fira Bcn) and approx. 10 minutes from Plaza Cataluña. Perfect for business and corporate groups coming to the congress centre, or a larger group of friends or families. Fully restored in October 2008. Comfortable accommodation for up to 9 people. The building has the following amenities: elevator, intercom, WIFI, AC and heating (in each room), Plasma TV with DVD player, washing machine and a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. All bedrooms are very spacious, 3 have 2 single beds each that can easily be made up into doubles, the 4th bedroom has a queen double bed and the 5th bedroom one single bed. There are 2 large bathrooms with showers and 2 of the bedrooms have a dressing space. Metro Green Line: Plaza España.

Seven of us (4 adults, 3 teenagers) had a great celebratory weekend at this apartment. We loved the location, enjoying both the local restaurants and sights , but it was also easily walkable into the centre. Apartment is spacious , clean and comfortable, in an interesting old building. The owners agent was generally helpful, the only minor negative aspect was a delay in his arrival to let us in on arrival. I would be happy to recommend this apartment to friends.
