This superb villa is situated on a small village complex, just 150 metres from the sea. The villa benefits from private balcony and roof terrace where sun beds are provided. The villa is on 3 levels. The lower ground floor as 1 double bedroom and bathroom, the ground floor as a well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge/dinner, the first floor as 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom, Extra Z bed(single fold up bed Suitable for a child up to 12 years old.) then you go up to the roof garden which as uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. You can relax and soak up the sun, then early evening you can see the magnificent sunsets, while enjoying a glass or 2 of one of the local Cyprus wines. The villa also benefits from a beautiful communal infinity pool, showers/toilets are provided by the pool area. It as is own private garage and west facing garden. Whether you are looking for a family holiday or romantic break you are sure to enjoy this lovely villa and the stunning location.

This luxury villa is located in one of the most popular area's of Paphos, just off the main Tomb of the Kings road between Paphos and Coral Bay. Paphos international airport is only a 20 min drive. The old town and daily market is nearby. Paphos famous fishing harbour is only 10 min drive away, where you can sample one of the fine restaurants, or book one of the various boat trips. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, car hire are all within 5 min drive or a pleasant stroll along the coastal path. Local buses run frequently throughout the day in the summer. The bus stop is just a 10 minute walk away. Close by is the Tombs of the Kings famous historical site, and for the more adventurous hire a 4x4 and head up to the Troodos Mountains, and experience the breathtaking views, and enjoy the hospitality of the local Cypriots, visiting various Monasteries and Winery's along the way.

  • A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required at time of reservation. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made within the 8 week period, the total amount is due when reservation is made. A refundable security & Breakage deposit of £200.00 is required when paying final balance
  • Air con is available in all rooms, we have found it necessary to charge separate for these, in order to keep down the cost of renting the apartment, therefore giving guests option of using them if required. The charge for this is 4.00 euros per unit per day payable locally on arrival. Guests can choose how many units they would like.

Not always easy deciding what property to book , but we took a chance and boy we where not disappointed
this Villa is one of the best you will find on this lovely complex , its so much more then a holiday the owners have furnished it out beautifully so well equipped and a lot larger then first impressions the roof garden was such a pleasant surprise so much room to relax and soak up the sun . we had several barbeques and watched the sun set simply amazing.

The kids enjoyed the large swimming pool and it was so easy to walk down to the sea For a early morning dip..
location was perfect although we hired a car to explore the island .
Many thanks to Phil and carol for the excellent service
we would have no hesitation in recommending this property , look forward to seeing you guys in the very near future.
