This beautiful modern spacious villa offers superb accommodation and will allow you a peaceful and relaxing holiday as it is situated in a quiet residential area of Costa Nova yet only 4 km from the famous Arenal sandy beach area with its bars, restaurants and shops.The villa is situated on a south facing sun drenched plot with an 8x4 meter roman end illuminated pool that is solar heated for using early and late in the season.Directly in front of the villa is a green belt area with beautiful valley views. The villa is tastefully presented and is accessed by an impressive entrance with entrance hall leading to the large lounge /dining room .There are patio doors leading from the lounge directly out onto the open/ covered naya which is ideal for plenty of alfresco dining, sunbathing or relaxing.The fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces is completely equipped. The villa offers all you need for an extremely pleasant and comfortable holiday yet being near all local amenities.

The historic old fishing village of Javea is situated on the most easterly point of the Spanish mainland and is blessed with a spectacular rugged coastline and was voted by the World Health Authority as having an ideal climate with an average of 320 days of sunshine. Javea is ideally situated between Aliante and Valencia airports and is about an hours drive. There are three main parts to Javea, the Old Town with its ancient church, narrow cobbled streets full of charm, the port with its fishing market, boats , bars and restaurants and finally the famous bay of Javea with its Arenal sandy beaches, bars ,restaurants and shops which is very lively day and night throughout the summer.There is a weekly street market on Thursdays where you can buy lovely fresh fruit and veg plus many other things.Benidorm 30 minutes south hosts Terra Mitica and Natura theme parks, also Aqualandia the water rides park. It is still possible to eat in this area with the (menu del dia) for around 10 euros.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable to reserve the villa, the balance is due eight weeks before the holiday arrival date. At the time the balance is paid there is an additional 200 pound returnable damage waiver deposit to pay to cover any loss/breakages or wilful damage to the property.NO charge is made for normal wear and tear and this deposit is returned within 7 days after your holiday ends after the villa has been inspected.
  • Please note our rental rates include all linen and cleaning costs. The linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis every Saturday. However we do not provide pool or beach towels in this price..Villas are cleaned to a very high standard before and after your visit.
  • This villa is managed by JAVEA HOLIDAY RENTALS SPAIN who are based in Javea and are available at all times.

Notes: This beautiful modern villa offers superb accommodation and we hope you will enjoy the spacious and bright rooms which are all beautifully furnished. The villa has a large outside area which is ideal for any family to enjoy their holiday. The cable tv has (English,French and German ) channels complete with DVD and CD players. Wifi internet is available at the villa should you need to use it. The plot is completely secure with fencing and wrought iron gates, there are double gates at the front of the villa which access secure off road parking, another single gates leads to the front door. There is also a monitored alarm system installed. The pool area offers lots of space for sunbathing or relaxing whilst in or around the pool. The pool has steps for easy entry and exit. A large gas barbeque is provided for those relaxing evenings if you decide to stay at the villa to eat and enjoy the alfresco experience. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, so smoking outside please.
