This stunning apartment is within the exclusive Golf Gardens gated community on the beach road in Port Adriano. The beautiful, [30ft] foot-long lounge leads directly to a furnished terrace overlooking the gardens; a truly spectacular pool area is just a few paces away. The master bedroom is decorated in a boutique-style complete with en suite bathroom including walk in shower. The second bedroom with its own terrace has the use of a wet room. There is a well equiped kitchen and private laundry facilities are provided in an adjacent utility room. All furnishings are to an extremely high standard and tasteful. A beautiful sandy beach and the fabulous Port Adriano with its varied bars and restaurants are literally within a few minutes walk. For the golfer, you are surrounded by golf courses, including Santa Ponsa 1 and Santa Ponsa 2. Santa Ponsa is also just a five minute drive away with its beautiful beach and numerous restaurants and bars. For celebrity spotting at some truly exclusive bars and restaurants, you can be at Portals Nous in less than ten minutes. Here you will also find a fabulous marina and plenty of designer shopping.

You are guaranteed to have a relaxing, comfortable stay at Golf Gardens. The apartment is situated in large landscaped gardens hosting a beautiful lagoon style swimming pool. It also has a large terrace area that is fully furnished with its own private garden for those who require that 'extra' bit of privacy.

Golf: Mallorca is ideal for golfers with courses and facilities to offer those wanting to continue this sport all year round. There are 15 golf courses on the island, from 9 to 18 hole courses, on varying landscapes - hilly land with inclined fairways, high tees, long and fast greens, but all carefully designed to test the players' skills, even those of the most experienced of players. Five courses are close to Palma - Son Vida, Son Muntana, Real Bendinat, Son Antem and Son Termons. There are a further 4 courses in the surrounding areas to the apartment and these are - Poniente, Santa Ponsa 1 & 2 and Golf de Andratx.
