Perched on the north eastern edge of Tamborine Mountain overlooking 100kms of pacific coastline Skyhouse has been designed for maximum enjoyment of the spectacular views and superb climate of a South East Queensland. This brand new fully appointed 3 bedroom /2 bathroom contemporary home features high quality finishes which include Travetine floors, marble bathrooms & kitchen, natural timber joinery and plush carpets. All living and sleeping areas have full width timber folding doors & windows which open to take in the expansive views. A large indoor/outdoor living area is at the heart of the house with an open fireplace & media equipment. A study/library connects through a large dressing room to the master bedroom and ensuite. Two further bedrooms & main bathroom are located at the other end of the house for maximum privacy of guests. The kitchen features a large marble preparation bench, 5 burner gas stove, walk-in pantry and fruit & herb garden.

Tamborine Mountain is a Subtropical paradise rising 600 meters above the holiday playground of the Gold Coast. Just 30 minutes drive from some of the best beaches in Australia and a hours drive from the vibrant city of Brisbane the mountain enjoys the sublime climate of South East Queensland without the summer humidity of the low lands. Once entirely covered in towering rainforest and subsequently lush dairy farms, the area has preserved several important National Parks with extensive walks and lookouts. The village centres now support many restaurants, cafes, antique and craft shops amongst the still rich vineyards, orchards and gardens that flourish in the deep volcanic soils. Hideaway in tranquil seclusion and never leave the mountain or within 40 minutes drive are all the attractions and shopping options of the Gold Coast which include Movie World, Seaworld and Dreamworld or just an hours drive away are the food, entertainment facilities and galleries of Brisbane City.

Perfect house for a couple. Very romantic location with superb views of the mountain and gold coast. Very convenient house with organic garden...that's a cool feature! It was very simple to book the house from abroad, Simon made everything easy for us. No worries mate!
