Fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Paradise Court. This is a recognised as being one of the smaller better run complexes in the area. The Aqua Park is less than 5 minute walk away offering excellent water activities for all the family together with a daily dolphin shows. Well positioned for excellent beaches and markets. San Eugenio shopping centre close by, with more shops in Torviscas/Fanabe. Siam Park due to open in December 2007 is also nearby where you can experience swimming with the dolphins.

Notes: Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge and microwave. Lounge with comfortable furniture to accommodate guest. English TV with channels. Patio doors leading to balcony. Interesting artwork. The balcony in effect is an extension to your lounge with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers inviting you to relax on your holiday day and night. There are also 2 awnings providing you with full balcony cover if so desired. Your apartment will be clean on arrival, should you require additional cleaning during your stay contact reception. You will be responsible for payment for this service. Additional linen is available for your use along with a washing machine. On the complex there is a bar offering snacks and beverages during the day up to 5pm approx. There is also a small supermarket, however a new large supermarket and cinema complex with other facilities has opened nearby. Excursions, car hire and taxis can be arranged through reception or by yourself independently.

Balcony facing south with sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Wonderful views where many a romantic night can be spent enjoying the panorama of the island and beyond. Shared complex swimming pool with more than adequate sun loungers. Pool bar open during the day. Puerto Colon boat marina with a safe beach is a 10 - 15 min walk away. There are also numerous other beaches nearby Troviscas, Fanabe and El Dunque if you fancy a leisurely walk. Siam Park the largest waterpark in Europe is close by. Don't miss! Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) is the nearest airport, approx 15 to 20 min by taxi should cost €20 to €25. Bus routes servicing the island is 10 min walk. There are many restaurants and bars nearby less than 5 mins walk but not close enough to disturb your tranquillity. A short taxi ride away will take you into the hub of nightlife.

Tenerife has an abundance of sport, culture and tradition to offer. There is fantastic fishing expeditions or fish just off the rocks, numerous water sports, unlimited golf, not forgetting the easy access to the original authentic towns and villages closeby. You can experience an array of cuisine from tapas to turbot. You can have the exciting experience of visiting the volcanic Mount Teide or travel by easy access to nearby islands from Los Cristianos.

Enjoyed the location although up a steep hill but this is compensated by views of the sea and wonderful sunsets as the sun dips behind La Gomera in the evening.
Great size patio for all day sunshine!
Apartment in need of a little TLC but clean and adequate.
Loved the food at the Italian restaurant just down the road.
Good communication by owner, would go again.

This apartment was everything we were told on holiday rentals.Excellent 2 bed apartment in a very well run complex.The staff were very helpful and the owners were very efficient to deal with.The location is quite but its only a short drive in a Taxi to lots of shopping, Restaurants,beach etc. and the views are fantastic.
