Photos and Description of this Gaucin holiday villa Self-contained, three bedrooms, two bathrooms grounds and large pool.

There are two self contained houses but looks like one house. The house on the right of the photo is the holiday rental and has two double and one twin bedded bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms, kitchen , sitting room and dining room. It has a large terrace, sole use of the 40 foot swimming pool and adjacent pergola with a bar with a fridge and dining area. Situated between Gaucin (8 mins) and the coast it is convenient for Malaga and Gibraltar airports, Puert Banus (35 mins), Ronda (50 mins) Sotogrande, with it's large yachts and polo (25 mins) and enjoys privacy and glorious views. The house is not part of a development so there are no immediate neighbours to annoy you.The house on the left is occupied by the owners and never let. The entrance to each house is on the opposite side so the owners are very much out of sight/sound !

The villa is set in grounds of approx 6 acres .It is completely private and is not overlooked by other properties.It is approached by a private drive via electric gates.( not at the end of several klms of dusty, unmade-up track, like so many other country properties ) Gaucin is an. unspoilt ' White Village ' with bars restaurants and shopping facilities , It perches on top of the hills at 650 metres above sea level with amazing views of The Rock of Gibraltar, the coast and North Africa. Tarifa , The Costa La Luz and the amazing Atlantic beaches are only 60 mins drive away. ( The Med is only 20mins away ) This is the kite surfing centre of Europe - view 100s of.colourful kites at any one time, and the amazing antics of the surfers . Dolphin and whale watch off Gibraltar (40 mins ).If you want serious night life, Puerto Banus is 45 mins away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Deposits.

    A security deposit of £250 per week is payable at the time of booking. This is refundable within ten days of the end of your holiday, subject to deductions for material breakages or damage.

    Cots.

    There is no charge for children in cots.
  • Payment Terms.

    30% the rental charge is payable at the time of booking plus the security deposit. The balance is payable six weeks prior to the date of the commencement of your holiday.
  • Cancellations.

    If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the commencement of your holiday , 80% of the total rental charge will be forfeited. If within 3 to 6 weeks prior to your commencement date , 60%. If you cancel between the date of booking and 6 weeks prior to arrival , a charge of 10% of the total rental charge will be levied. Insurance cover is strongly recommended.

    Cots.

    There is no charge for children sleeping in cots.

Notes: There are two fridges and there are eight sunbeds . There is seating for six at the bar. The pergola dining table seats 8/10 and the dining table on the terrace seats 4/6. In addition to the sound system in the house there is a sterio and docking station at the bar for music while dining or swimming ! .There is a washing machine available. There is a non smoking request in the house. No problem !! - you live outside !! We can arrange on your behalf transfers to/from Malaga and Gibraltar with a local taxi including a minibus for up to 8 persons.
