Nestling among mature umbrella pines, this is a wonderful villa in a wonderful location. Set in lovely mature gardens overlooking the Pinheiros Altos Golf Course, and with a large swimming pool with BBQ area, this is the ideal location for a great family holiday. The extremely spacious accommodation includes 5 lovely bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large well equipped kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, TV room, lovely lounge with access to the pool terraces, a games room (table tennis, pool, surround TV/Cinema). View the sunset (or the golfers)from the magnificent covered upper terrace where there is a built in bar with fridge and really comfortable furniture. The villa is walking distance to the Pinheiros Altos Club House, a short drive to the fantastic beach and Quinta Shopping Centre. There are many excellent restaurants in the area to suit all tastes. There are a number of golf courses nearby and also the infamous Jim Stewart Tennis Academy

This superb property is located just minutes from the Quinta Shopping Centre. The villa is located in a quiet umbrella pine clad avenue bordered by the Quinta North Golf Course. Pinheiros Altos Golf Course is at the back of the Villa. Vale da Loba Praca is just a short drive away as is the town of Almancil. There are lots of excellent restaurants in the surrounding area as well as a great selection of beach cafes perfect for the midday lunch. How about a stroll through the narrow little streets of the Old Town of Faro which is just a 30 minute drive away. The large Forum Shopping centre is here too where there is a huge hypermarket selling just about everything. The weekly markets of Quarteira and Loule are certainly worth a visit. Lagos and Portamao should also be on the list for a visit and are about 40 minutes drive, whilst a trip further down the coast to Cape St Vincent is a 'must see'.

Shopping:: There are lots of shops available locally both at the Quinta Shopping Centre, the Vale da Loba Centre and at Almancil itself. There is a large modern shopping centre in Faro called Forum which has a large hypermarket which sells just about everything. There is also a huge shopping centre just outside Albuferia. Quarteria has a terrific weekly market dealing in fruit and veg and clothes. The town of Loule located towards the mountains also has a great indoor market well worth a visit. Loule is also a great shopping town.

Golfing:: There is a huge choice of championship courses nearby and along the coast. Special deals should be discussed with the individual clubs when booking. Talk to the owner for more information.
