On the whole the property is suitable for elderly or handicapped people, although there are 2 steps down from the rear terrace to the pool area. The private pool is 12m x 5m with saline filtration and childproof alarm system. There is a roll on pool cover to maintain its temperature. A gas barbecue is also available.

St Rémy has banks, shops, good restaurants, a great market, cinema etc.
Tennis, horseriding, gliding and small plane trips are available over the Alpilles, wonderful off road walks and cycling into the hills.
