Casa Conrad is a beautiful and spacious 3 bed apartment on 2 floors, separated by a spiral staircase. The lower floor consists of a huge lower sun terrace with a variety of plants, patio door and front door access into the lounge/dining area, kitchen and utility room, double bedroom and shower room. The dining area has a table and seating for up to 6 persons and two suede settees provide comfortable seating in the lounge. On the 1st floor there is an office area with desk and easy chair, a further 2 bedrooms, (one twin one double) which are served by a bath/shower room. Patio doors from both bedrooms allow access to the upper sun terrace where there are sun beds for private sunbathing. The whole apartment oozes quality and the decor is bright and inviting with polished laminate flooring throughout. The quality and centrality of this apartment with its off street secure parking means you do not require a hire car for your evenings out, with only a 5 min walk to the centre.

Casa Conrad is located only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Carvoeiro, and Carvoeiro Beach. Everything, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacies, are at your fingertips whilst, due to the short distance away from the centre, you still get a good night's sleep. You do not require a hire car or taxis for your local evenings/days out. Within 20 minutes walk there are also three other beaches (Praias Paraiso, Vale Covo and Centeanes). Other attractions such as Zoomarine, Aqualand, Slide and Splash, and three 18 hole championship golf courses, are within 20 mins drive. There are many other attractions, too numerous to mention. Faro Airport is 45 mins drive from Carvoeiro and we can also arrange airport transfers if guests are not hiring a car.

  • A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking. The balance plus returnable £100 Breakages and damages deposit is required 2 calendar months prior to arrival.
    Air conditioning is charged at £30 per week if required. Winter heating £30 per week.
    Charges are based on up to 7 people occupying (i.e. up to 6 adults and one small child on single sofa bed). Cot available at no extra charge (baby counted as one person).
    Long term lets available at special low rates outside high/peak season.
    On changeover days check-out time is 1000. Check in at 1400 (To allow for full cleaning/linen/ towel change).

Notes: In the lounge there is a Panasonic TV with SKY satellite (Freesat) connectivity and a DVD player. All linen and bath towels supplied, but guests are requested to bring their own beach/pool towels. Linen changed once weekly, towels twice weekly (i.e. once every 3 or 4 days). Maid service supplied once weekly at no charge. All utilities are included in the price. Chaneover days Mondays during July and August but others possible if feasible through booking trend. The lower sun terrace is spacious and has a table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining. A large sun parasol is also supplied.
