Villa Pedrosa, situated on the prestigious Monte de los Almendros residential area just outside the coastal town of Salobreña is a 'must see' villa for those wishing to spend a relaxing holiday, surrounded by the comfort of a real home, and all that in a private environment. Villa Pedrosa boasts some of the most spectacular views of the Costa Tropical; undisturbed 200 degree vistas stretching all the way from the peaks of the Sierra Nevada over the beaches of Salobreña and its Moorish castle along the Mediterranean. The villa is orientated south east, offering spectacular sunsets and sun throughout the day. Large glass doors and windows enable the light and see breeze to be enjoyed throughout the house. Needless to say the villa has its own private pool and ample terraces facing the coast. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms (2 of 3) guarantees a restful night's sleep during the summer months and a minimum of stairs throughout the villa ensures extra comfort

As close as 5 minutes driving from the villa, the coast offers all the every day amenities needed for a tranquil vacation:banks, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants etc.. Villa Pedrosa lays situated at a mere 45 minute drive from the historical city of Granada and its world famous Alhambra Palace. Apart from being a cultural high spot, Granada also has an inviting center with loads of shopping possibilities. The Sierra Nevada 'Sol y Nieve' ski resort offers about 90 km of some of Spain's best skiing slopes from November till May. Golf can be played all throughout the area, the closest course being the 18 hole 'Los Moriscos' golf club in Motril at a mere 10 minute drive from the house.

  • Each one of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The 2 master bedrooms are situated on either side of the living area on the villa's entry level. These bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating and enjoy stunning sea views. The third bedroom, mostly preferred by the teenagers amongst our guests, is situated on the downstairs level of the house. This bedroom has direct access to the garden but it has no sea views. This bedroom, being build with natural stone, does not need air conditioning. It is equipped with fans.

Hello everyone,

Villa Pedrosa is a very nice, clean, modern and fully equiped house. Very spacious and spectacular views inside and outside on the Mediterranean. Very nice gardens.
We stayed in the villa ffor 10 days together with our 2 grandchildren and .... it was perfect. We booked again 2 weeks for September 2009 !!!
