This modern villa has an exclusive location hidden in a large private pine only 300 mt from one of the most famous white sandy beaches of the Tuscany coast. The villa is about 2 km from the center of the mondan village of San Vincenzo, reachable also by bike, with bar cafe restaurant shops etc.. The villa is surrounded by a large safe garden for children and offer all modern comforts including air conditioning and a nice furnishings. A charming restoration has created a functional villa with bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers as to offer also to different families their own privacy. Bike can be rented, useful to reach the village. The Villa has large spaces to eat outside and is an ideal location for families with children. From here daily excursion to the cities like Florence and Siena in about 2 hours driving. Pisa is about 50 minutes driving.
