Recently renovated 45sq meters with private terrace, and peaceful location. Charmingly furnished with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay in the center of Paris: dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV, DVD, wi-fi internet. Towels and sheets are provided. Ground floor and easy access. Great transportation. Three metro stations are within a short walking distance providing access to 5 different lines. Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg Modern Art Museum) is only a few minutes walk. The apartment can host four adults. Comfortable queen bed in bedroom, and two single beds in the living room.

No nos gustó que no hubiese cortinas, estores, o persianas, en los ventanales del salón, donde dormíamos dos de los cuatro viajeros, ya que es molesta tanta luz para dormir. Tampoco nos gustó que hubiera ropa de otra persona en el armario. Y la última pega es que el patio queda a la vista del resto de los vecinos del edificio, por lo que tapoco lo utilizamos como nos habría gustado. Como aspectos favorables, destacamos la buenísima localización, los accesos al metro y autobuses, y la tranquilidad del apartamento. Muy correcto el trato con el propietario y con la persona que nos entregó las llaves. Se agradece la formalidad y las facilidades para contactar con ellos, si hubiese sido necesario. Es mejorable, pero estuvimos cómodos durante 10 días.

Whenever renting apts or hotel rooms I always check review. Reviews are very important to me. I would have to agree with the previous post about the pictures in the website. I was disappointed at my arrival for I was assured by the owner that the previous poster exaggerated. At this point I had to make the best of the situation. The backyard was not well kept, so we never used it. Overall the apt was fair. It was in a convenient location and basically we were always out.

My main complaint with the apartment was the stress in finding it, due to the owner giving us the completely wrong street name. Also, whilst the pictures are accurate they do give a slightly luxurious image of the apartment which is not quite accurate.
