Classic chateau from 1860 with a separate villa in a garden of 3500 sq meters. Cypresses, palm trees, fig and plum trees, vines,...Spectacular location where the Canal du Midi crosses the river Orb on an aqueduct. 15 minutes by foot to the center of Beziers, 15 minutes by car to the beaches at Valras Plage. Swimming-pool 15x4 meters with childrens' pool. The main house contains two bedrooms, sitting room, play room, WC, shower in the ground floor. The main floor has an American kitchen with dining area, sitting room. The second floor has two bedrooms, dressing room (which can accomodate two extra beds), WC, bathroom. The top floor is still to be done but has a WC and a shower. In the garden house, there are 2-3 bedrooms, kitchen, two WC, two shower rooms, sitting room with studio windows.
