The house 'Il Ponte' is found to approximately 1 km. from the ancient village of Chianti, place to the center of pisane hills, in the heart of the Tuscany fascinating. It is currently available as an apartment, place to the 1° slowly, of recent restructure and furnished in from Tuscany style. The apartment is composed from a stay-kitchen with fireplace and read divano, two double bedrooms and a bath with shower. The house 'Il Ponte' is the ideal place for those who want to pass calm vacations, far away from the deafening noises of the city and from the smog. Chianti can be an optimal point of departure for routes of art, enogastronomici and naturalists, in every period of the year Chianti is ideal for one vacation: in winter for the vicinity of the skiing stations, in the summery period in order to carry out long walks in the forests that encircle the country, for to relax near the communal swimming pool to the open (to 300m from the house)

In order to catch up one of the near tourist localities like Volterra, Saint Gimignano, Florence, Pisa, Siena or to make a dive in the sea of the coast of the Etruschi (San Vincenzo, Donoratico, Castiglioncello). During all the year the Thermal center and of Well-being of Casciana Terme (to 7 km. is opened). In the November month the famous of the wild boar festivities (Sagra del Cinghiale) is carried out to Chianti where, beyond to the plates made up of wild boar (wild boar in humid, with the olives, ribboned macaroni to the wild boar...) which are possible to taste the other specialties produced in native place the oil extra virgin of olive, the wine and the fungi porcini. In the October month the chest nut festivities (Sagra del marrone) is carried out in the village of Rivalto where the gustosi can be acquired browns gain to you from the local chestnut trees.

This is a lovely property, renovated in typical Tuscan style. It is very clean & well maintained with fabulous views across the countryside. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is well located to visit Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimingano, Sienna, Florence & the beaches - all about an hour away.
