Very convenient for sightseeing around the main touristic areas (e.g. Plaza de Toros, Estación Central and Plaza del Ayuntamiento) and main commercial streets (e.g Calle Colón). The property has a metro station BAILEN, just two minuts walk away,which goes to the AIRPORT (20 mins), and to the beach(15mins).

Nicely decorated apartment

We enjoyed the flat very much. The rooms are all nicely decorated and the bathrooms quite new. Everything was clean.
It would have been nice to have more cutlery but apart from that the equipment of the kitchen was OK. As we arrived on a weekend with a public holiday on Monday it was very nice to find that "essentials" (toilet paper, spices, coffee and tea etc.) were provided. We really felt welcomed.There is a 24 hour shop just around the corner.
The owners were very friendly and helpful - as is the doorman.
The walls are very thin - you can hear your neighbours, which wasn't a problem as they hardly ever had any visitors, but it makes you very aware of which noises you yourself produce.
The old town is within walking distance and there is a bus stop about 20m from the flat.

The house is so big and really offers all the stuff listed except for wireless internet connection. You can get to the train station "Stacion de nord" and the metro station "Xativa" in only 10 minutes by walk and the city centre is just 5 minuter further. The way to the beach is also short thanks to the metro which you can take from "Bailèn" (the one nearest the house) to "Maritin Serrerìa" (line N°5) and then N°6. In conclusion we really enjoyed our stay at Valencia and we want so say thanks to Blanca, Anne, Pedro and the doorman Josè for being so cool.

We spent one week at Valencia and I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Few points about the apartment:

-Very nice location close to the city centre but still in a quiet street
-Large and well-equipped
-Owners are very friendly and helpful!
- The property could have been cleaner (floor and some equipments were "a bit sticky")
