This wonderful, self catering and modern furnished holiday villa is situated at a hill side which guarantees stunning views towards the Mediterranean over the valley of Orba. It has long steps to get to the villa, therefore not suitable for elderly or handicapped persons. Complete comfort, beautiful pool area with gazebo. It is situated in a small urbanisation about 2km from Orba. Orba is a urban village with nice shops where you can find everything you need. At 10min drive is a big shopping mall with cinemas. Denia is at 15km. Old fishing town, still very Spanish. Javea is at 20km with its beautiful boulevard and wide beach.

About 15km from Safari Park Vergel, 5km from a huge shopping mall with cinemas. 15km from the old fishing town of Denia from where you can catch the ferry to Ibiza and Mallorca. 20km from Javea with its beautiful beach and boulevard. Golf courses in the area. The beautiful backland gives you the feeling of being in Spain with its wonderful small villages and local restaurants.Benidorm is at 30km with various theme parks. In-flight possibilities: Alicante and Valencia.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Administration and final cleaning costs of 80 Euros will be added to the rental price.
  • Bed linen, towels, bath mats, electricity, water and gas are included in the rental price. Beds are made upon arrival. A linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office at 12 Euros p.p. per week. Beds made.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date.
    On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
