This is one of only 4 architecturally designed villas in the small development of Gennadi Hills that was completed in April 2009. Located on the edge of the traditional, year round village of Gennadi on the South East coast of Rhodes. Ideally situated in peaceful surroundings, just a few minutes stroll to the village where there is a good range of facilities including supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, medical centre, car and motor cycle hire and a number of cafes and tavernas. A further 8 minute walk takes you to one of the islands coveted blue flag beaches with seaside tavernas. The villa's split level ground floor comprises a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, separate dining area and bathroom. The two master en-suite bedrooms on the first floor have their own private sea view balconies. Outside there is a south facing private pool, lawned garden, 2 large terrace areas, ideal for sunbathing, alfresco dining and BBQs and ample parking. The famous town of Lindos is only a 20 mins drive away.

Rhodes airport is approximately a 50 minute drive (60km). Car hire is recommended and widely available, however the village is served by a regular bus service which will take you where you need to go at very low fares. Taxis are also good value and can take you to and from the airport. Lindos with its impressive Acropolis is a 20 minute drive, Lardos a 10 minute drive, Pefkos 15 minutes drive and Rhodes Town approximately 50-55 minute drive (63km). Local shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket and ATM within walking distance. A 10 minute walk (0.7km) to the blue flag Gennadi Beach. The beach is a mix of sand and shingle.

  • A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure. If booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable. A £150 security bond is required with the remaining balance, this is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date providing no damage has occurred.

Notes: The villa is air-conditioned. There is off road parking for at least 2 cars. A welcome pack (water, fruit juice, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, bread, butter, eggs, preserve, biscuits, ham, cheese, crackers and a bottle of wine) can be provided at an additional cost. A call out service is also available. Please note that there is a strict no smoking policy inside the villa. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator and microwave. Well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils etc. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are located in the under stairs storage area. Bedlinen and towels provided (not beach towels). Villa will be cleaned and bedlinen/towels changed weekly, prior to arrival and mid stay for 14 day rental. Additional cleaning/changes on request(payable locally).

Travel: Rhodes airport is approximately a 50 minute drive (60km). Car hire is recommended and widely available, however the village is served by a regular bus service which will take you where you need to go at very low fares. Taxis are also good value and can take you to and from the airport.

Special interest holidays: Approximately 17km from Prasonissi, a paradise for water sports including kite surfing and windsurfing. Scuba diving trips can be arranged from Rhodes town.

Outside: South facing private pool (7.5 by 3.5 metre) which is treated and maintained on a regular basis. Secure lawned garden. 2 large terrace areas with patio table, chairs and sun lounges. Parking for at least two cars. The approach road to the villa is surfaced and has street lighting.

Golf: There is an 18 hole, par 73 golf course at Afandou, which is approximately a 30 minute drive.
