Our villa is built to the highest standard and comes fully equipped, with lovely views and sunsets from the veranda upstairs. Three large double bedrooms with own patios. Ideal for families or for quiet private couples. 10 mins drive to secluded beaches and friendly tavernas, or if required 20 mins from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa. All amenities to hand such as large supermarkets, hairdressers, launderettes etc. Cool off in the communal pool just 10 metres away. Can't be missed. Fully air conditioned, two bathrooms, open plan lounge dining room, cable TV and DVD. Outside is a large Patio area with sunbeds and tables/chairs. Barbecue also provided and parking area.
