Where are we?:
The Villapark is situated in a quiet part of 'Praia da Pipa' beach area. It is surrounded by more residencial and holiday villas and villaparks. The park is ideal for a good rest and relax, away from it all. However the village and beaches are at walking distance. You will find some (smaller) supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, greenary with nice fruits, bars and restaurants just in the beginning of the Main Street (Rua Principal). It is nice shopping in this street with many boutiques, souvenir shops and beautiful Brasilian arts and paintings. There are international ATM cashing machines and the more expensive restaurants and shops accept creditcards.
The busstation, where you can take a van to the more remote beaches like Cacimbinhas or Ponta do Madeiro, is at short walking distance. Here are also connections to Tibau do Sul, Sibauma and Goianinha.
There are enough taxis in Pipa. Their starting point is in the middle of the Main Street. Our manager can help you to find your way.

The special curtains will protect you from the early daylight and will guarantee your nice sleep on the comfortable and large box-spring beds. Normally there is a nice fresh breeze, so you will not need the air-co, but if you want you can turn it on: almost noiseless split models with remote control.
The showers are of the type 'Raindance' and there is warm water if you like that. Large mirrors in the bathrooms are well illuminated with spot-lights.
A very special experience is to watch the sky full of stars at night when you are in the Jacuzzi-bath at the terrace.
It is easy to prepare your meals in the kitchen with its gas stove, micro-wave and large fridge.
The nice table-ware will make it easy to compose quickly an enjoyable meal with the appetizing 'French' bread or with the variety of the Brazilian fruits.
At the pool-deck you find relaxing chairs and at the end of the afternoon you can watch there a stunning sun-set with palmtrees as silhouet.

If you came to be active, you will see that there is so much to do - so little time!
The villapark is an ideal starting point for different excursions. For a whole day buggy ride along the beach and to touristic attractions, they pick you up at the park. Another interesting day-program is to visit a fazenda in the interior, where you can see their daily work, walk around to see the monkeys in the forest, ride on horseback or in a carriage and have a nice typical lunch with the local bean stew and nice sweet deserts, often with coconut ingredients. The villapark is regulary visited by the famous Monkeys of Pipa. They will come to the kitchen window and ask for some fruit. The road of the villapark ends up in the Natural Reserve of Pipa. The sandy road goes uphill into Atlantic Forest until Sibaúma at the sea-side. You can walk, go by mountainbike or on horseback.
Those who like Capoeira, the local fight-sport, can watch spontaneous exercising at the beach and the Pipa square, at dusk.
