Only a few minutes from the Sablon Beach and The Port. Located in a brand new building, it has modern and luxurious furniture. It has a big and bright living-room with a sofa that becomes a double bed. It also has 2 bedrooms: 1 with a King size bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There are 2 modern full bathrooms. It is fully equipped: TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, fridge, freezer, washing machine, hot water, heater. It has an elevator and a private car park with direct access from the elevator. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Ideally located for people that want to sightsee and enjoy landmarks like Covadonga lakes or the mountain chain Picos de Europa. Llanes has two cozy beautiful beaches and its neighbouring towns as well. It also has very lively nightlife.

Since the apartment is in the centre of town, you do not need the car to move around, everything is within walking distance (supermarkets, banks, beach, pharmacy, restaurants, pubs...). However, to visit its gorgeous neighbouring tourist attractions you need a car that you can park in the very same building with direct access to the apartment, a luxury in a town with very limited parking space.

What a wonderful apartment! we were astonished when we first saw it...beautiful decoration, huge (bigger than in the pictures)... the location cannot be better, right in the very centre of Llanes (thank God it had a garage because it is very difficult to park in Llanes)...Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment, very close to the centre of Llanes. Good sized rooms, beautifully decorated, excellent kitchen and living area. Secure parking underground was a boon and the fancy remote control entry a minor highlight! Two local supermarkets - El Arbo is better. Llanes itself was lovely too. Perhaps a little busy and sadly wet when we were there in August, but lots of character and hundreds of good, reasonably priced restaurants. It took a bit of time getting used to Spanish eating times, but ended up fitting in well - breakfast of Churros and Chocolat at the Gran Hotel Paraiso at 11am and our evening meal at a variety of restaurants by the harbour at 9:30-10pm. I can recommend the small beach of Bari nearby, if you get there early, you can have breakfast at the cafe and catch a spot under the cliffs, which provide useful shade later in the day for those who havent got a parasol. A day out in Oviedo is worthwhile and a drive into the Picos de Europa - they're glacial in case you were wondering!
