The apartment is in a quiet location in a modern building, a few minutes walk (500m) from the famous Palais des Festivals (home of the Cannes Film Festival), Boulevard de la Croissette, and the main shopping street, Rue d'Antibes, as well as a wide range of restaurants, cafes and other amenities. - 2 Sunny terraces, ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining - Air conditioning/warm air heating - Fully-equipped kitchen - Broadband Internet access & cable TV (incl. We spent 2 relaxing weeks in this wonderful appartment, very close to the beach, bakery across the street. The appartment looked exactly like on the photographs, very nice e-mail contact to the owners. Thank you again.
