Maplecroft Lodge: 5 Bedroom detatched – sleeps up to 11, 2 Bathrooms, one with jet tub. An open plan kitchen/dining/living space, with large feature river stone fireplace/chimney (all burning wood is supplied). Family/kids room in basement. Phone/TV/DVD/Cable/Internet. Private grounds/woods. 100's of acres of safe back country to snowshoe. Easy access to the VAST trails for snowmobiles. This house has been used as seasonal accommodation by the owner and family for a number of years and is therefore decorated and furnished to a high standard and has a very welcoming, family character. Maplecroft Barn: 2 Bedroom hay loft conversion - sleeps up to 5. Modern open plan living, in rustic barn surroundings. Shares same 22 acres as above. Maplecroft House: Spacious 3 Bedroom Cathederal style studio 2 bathrooms - Sleeps 6/7. Modern open plan living with views through an expanse of glass. Shares same 22 acres as above. Rented separatly or together.

Large post & beam detached house with huge expanses of glass affording great views over ponds to distant mountains. The house was built in 2008 by the owner for his family use. Consiquently some rooms are not included in the rental. The result is a vary generous living space for the number of beds. Centered arround a 'great room' living space with 38' ceiling and feature river stone fireplace/chimney, modern kitchen and dining area. A large mud room and screen porch complete the ground floor living space. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with queen bed, the second bathroom, and large deck for the summer. Above are two further bedrooms, one with queen bed, the other with twins, together with the family bathroom.

Located on the eastern side of Jay Peak – 10 minutes from the ski/golf resort, this estate comprises 22 acres of private woodland with three rental properties in the same ownership in a secluded location within easy reach of Jay Peak ski resort. As Vermont’s most northerly resort with highest snow falls for the state, Jay is still a relatively under developed mountain, which keeps prices down despite the phenomenal snow and ideal conditions for learner and experienced skiers and boarders. For the summer visitor, Jay Peak is home to a world class golf course, and offers a central location for other summer pursuits such as canoeing, hiking, mountain biking/cycling or just getting away from it all. And then there is the fall!! This is a private family home that is being rented for it's first season. It is consequently very clean and homely, with many convenient features, such as games equipment, books, kitchen utensils and other odds and ends found around a family home.
