Holiday where the locals live in Brand new large 1 Bed apartment with beautiful southerly balcony views over the old town to the ocean. Ideally situated, Lagos town centre & promenade is only an 8 minute walk away through the quaint streets with their quirky shops and boutiques. Batata & Meia Pria beaches are a few minutes from the centre. Free underground parking is available with lift access to the apartment. A modern contemporary design is evident throughout . Features in the lounge include flat screen tv, Sky, DvD/Cd player & separate reading area. Modern kitchen & dining area with views to street has seating for up to 4 people and comes fully equipped with all utensils, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave. Santo Amaro local fish market is only a few minutes walk with cafes, shops & bakery. Bus station is less than 5 minutes on foot. Marina and beaches all within walking distance. Balconies at north & south sides of apartment. New Algarve Autodromo is a 10 minute drive away.

  • Visits of less than 1 week, £30 cleaning/laundry charge to be added to pro-rata cost.
    An agent will meet you with the keys on arrival.
    25% payment required to confirm booking, balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Deposit non-refundable if cancelled after balance due date.
    For either of the 2 Easter weeks an additional payment of £30 per week is chargeable.
    Air Conditioning/Heating not included (is available at extra cost).
    A £100.00 security deposit is required when making final payment, this is returnable (less any breakage costs) within one month from the end of the stay.

Lagos is one of the prettiest villages in the south of Portugal. The Bryan and Sharon's apartment is very nice and welcoming. It is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Everything is extremely clean.
Probably we going to repeat our experience there.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

We had a fantastic holiday - the apartment is great.
We were very impressed by the standard of the accommodation (the best apartment we have ever stayed in) and the view from the balcony is excellent.
The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to the shops & restaurants in the heart of the old town.
We feel that a hire car is recommended to explore around the wider area outside of Lagos but not necessary if you wanted to stay in the immediate vicinity of the town.
Highly recommended !

My wife and I recently stayed in this superb apartment and can thoroughly recommend it in all respects.
Travelling as a couple, one retired, often presents the problem of finding a suitable standard and size of holiday accomodation, whilst avoiding purpose built, noisy locations.We have found the perfect solution in Lagos.
This is a recently constructed residential building situated in the old town, and workmanship is of the highest standard. The apartment is one of a block of 8. The owners' own style and taste is evident in the modern interior furnishing and decoration. Whilst the description in the advertisement is factually accurate, the reality is even more impressive.
The location is within 8 - 10 minutes walk from Lagos centre, perfectly situated for restaurants, and within walking distance of the local market, several supermarkets, the bus station, beaches and the marina complex.



Our own stay was most enjoyable - home from home - and we would recommend it fully without hesitation. Indeed, we would hope to return shortly.
