Located within the popular Club Albufeira resort and only 30 minutes from Faro airport this new, ground floor apartment provides luxurious, air-conditioned self catering accommodation for up to 6 people. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms plus 2 complete bathrooms and is surrounded by mature, landscaped gardens. Patio doors lead out onto the south facing terrace and garden area where outdoor furniture and a BBQ are provided to take full advantage of the all day sunshine. Club Albufeira boasts many facilities including 4 swimming pools, tennis and football courts, childrens' play parks, supermarket, snack bars and 2 popular 'a la carte' restaurants. The complex lies a short distance from the Old Town with its 23 sandy beaches, restaurants and bars, nightlife and buzzing holiday atmosphere. Many of the superb golf courses of the Algarve are easily accessible making this an ideal all round holiday destination.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The apartment is available for rental throughout the whole year. There is flexibility with change over days especially in low season. 20% deposit will be required on booking and the balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday. Additional £100 damage deposit cheque is payable with the final balance to be refunded within 14 days, subject to satisfactory apartment inspection. Cancellations within 8 weeks of departure forfeit deposit. Apartment is available from 3:00 pm on arrival day and to be vacated by 10:00 am on day of departure. Beach and pool towels are not provided.

On weekdays there is a free shuttle bus into the town which runs at set times. Taxis can also be ordered from reception, cost to town, strip etc. approx 4 euros.
