This stunning sea front villa is set over three levels and built from Brac stone (the same as used to build the US White House) within beautiful gardens with pines, palms, rosemary and geraniums. The villa is entered through the middle level where you will find 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms an entertainment room and 3 terraces. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom a kitchen and sitting area plus two terraces. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the main kitchen and dining room as well as a covered terrace for alfresco dining. Outdoor terraces give plenty of space for relaxing. On the first level are steps to another set of terraces, one with Jacuzzi another with a hammock. You can stroll from one terraces steps right into the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. A five minute drive away to the fishing village of Sumartin, you will find a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and numerous cafe bars. A 30min. ferry ride will take you to the shopping town of Makarska.

Brac is one of the easiest islands to get to from Split this is usually by car ferry. There are at least a dozen Jadrolinija car ferries a day from Split to Supetar (one hour) in summer, less at other times of year. Supetar is the main port of entry on Brac Island as well as its administrative centre. Although many people only give Supetar a passing glance on the way to the much more touristed Bol, it merits more. The harbour is an attractive place for a stroll and is backed by a small group of medieval streets. The most outstanding attraction is the 18th century Church of the Annunciation which is worth checking out for its altar paintings. On the southern coast of Brac Island, Bol is a secluded harbour town near famous Zlatni Rat beach, one of the Adriatic's most distinctive beaches and one of the best beaches in Croatia. Besides swimming and sunning there are a number of watersports on offer at the beach and It's particularly famous for windsurfing.
