The apartment is distributed in two floors consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terrace in first floor together with living-dining room, kitchen and terrace in second floor. Outdoor areas can also be enjoyed from a private roof terrace of approximately 60 m2 with nice views. This small community consists of only 5 apartments sharing a swimming pool and community garden.
