Very nice full renovated apartment, nice decoration, warm atmosphere. 1960 building, good standard, elevator Level 1, 1 bedroom, High standard, around 30m2 totally renovated in 2007. Living room with twin bed (Bultex mattress). Shower room, toilets, hair dryer. Kitchen corner full equiped, micro oven, dishwasher, 2 ring stove, fridge with freezer. Television with international channels, Internet wireless broadband. Brand new furniture, nice decoration, air-conditioning.

This was the first time we decided to rent an apartment rather than booking the traditional holiday in a hotel.
Not knowing Cannes we were aprehensive about renting somewhere we didn't know nor,from someone we were not sure about it.
We need not have worried.The landlord Aline was more than helpful,giving us confidence to drive down through France knowing everything was sorted out from A-Z.No one could have been more helpful or had such atention to detail.
The apartment when we arrive was superbly clean and most atractive.The position could not have been any better,situated only 5 min walk from the beach & nestling between the charming old town and the new.Coffee bars and great shopping surrounded us.The trendy boutiques and splendor of the opulent hotels a stone's throw in one direction & the charm & bustle of the old town with it's curious shops and bargains,the other.
This was a great holiday to remember & i could recomend staying there to all and sundry.

This is a wonderful appartment for a couple. It has all the amenties you need within. The local supermarket and train station are 1 min away. The beach is 3 mins walk away. It was perfect for me and my partner, we couldn't praise it enough. The owner Aline is extremely nice and helpful, she gave great recommendations
