GENERAL INFORMATION 1:
Playa del Duque is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort situated south of Tenerife. The beach of Playa del Duque is less than 10 minutes walk from the complex and on the way you will pass numerous shopping centers and restaurants (Spanish, Thai, Italian, Chinese and French). The nearby Fanabe centre is closed to traffic and its pedestrianised walks are alive with open air restaurants and bars. To the west is the small fishing village of La Caleta, which has a handful of bars and some excellent fish restaurants, which creates a traditional and peaceful atmosphere. To the east is the resort of Playa de las Americas with its many bars, restaurants, 'English' pubs and nightlife. This can be reached in a few minutes by car but a better way to approach it is to take a stroll along the lovely Geranium walk, a flower bedecked promanade stretches all the way to the port of Los Cristianos. There are 5 golf courses within 30 minutes drive the nearest being the 18 hole course at Golf Costa Adeje.
GENERAL INFORMATION 2:
2 HEATED SWIMMING-POOLS: one for adults and one for children. The complex is a residential one. Strict rules apply at the pool: no inflatables, no ball games, no glass (glass bottles or glasses), no food at the pool, no walking around in the corridors in a bathing suit or wet, no reservation of sunbeds etc...
SECURITY: Receptionist at the main entrance during the day and a night watchman from midnight till 06.30AM. Complex is equipped with a video surveillance accessible trough internet (with an access code) from any place in the world.
TELEVISION: you will get many English, french, Italian and German channels thanks to the internal dish of the complex and the private dish installed on the external wall of the terrace.
CLEANING: Possible intermediary cleaning during your journey at an extra cost of 40€.
SAFE is at your disposal
WATER: Water is filtered and softened at the entrance of the building.
KIDS TOYS: Kids beach and swimming-pool toys available for free.
Responsibility, Arrival & Departure:
No responsibility is accepted for loss, accident or injury personal or otherwise suffered by anyone whilst staying at the apartment and it is recommended that adequate travel insurance is taken by all occupants.
The apartment is available from 12AM onwards.
Departures should not take place after 12AM in order to unable to clean the apartment. However, if there is no arrival until later in the day or the following day, departure can take place at any time on request and without any supplement.
