A fully furnished first floor apartment in a beach front residential complex, offering one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bed settee in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine and kitchen utensils. The spacious, cosy lounge includes a double sofa bed, Sky TV, DVD, and dining area, which leads to the balcony, furnished with patio table and chairs, with stunning views over the Sea, Lake and Mountains. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. Both rooms have free standing room fans. The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with toilet, bidet, bath and shower. Bed linen and towels provided. There are two communal swimming pools, one adult & one for the children, gardens, children's play area & tennis courts .Secure access via reception & underground car parking on site.

Nearby there are many attractions, including golf, fishing, wind and para surfing, rowing, horse riding, wildlife/bird watching in the Nature Reserve, water park, aquarium and wild west theme parks. The Gary Player designed 18 hole (soon to be 27) Almerimar Golf Course is only 5 minutes away, with 5 more top quality golf courses in the area. 2 hours away from skiing in the Sierra Nevada. 40 minutes from Almeria airport.

Is a lovely appartment very beautiful and complete. It is a place very quiet but with all the comodities.

A very confortable apartment, excellent sea vieaws

It is a very quiet and familiar zone very indicated for enjoying of a peaceful environment, and highly recommended for people looking for relax and rest with their families. The apartment was really nice with a very elegant furnitures and confortable installations. The swimming pool is very special and the sea it's so near! We will do recommend this holidays to our friends and family.
