• You have to pay 50% from the total price when you make the booking. The balance, including a deposit of 200 Euro needs to be paid 6 weeks before the check in. If the house is in its initial condition in the end, you will receive the 200 Euro on the day of your departure. If something prevents you from checking in as planned, we will keep the 50% of the payment, only if we cannot rent the house again. For longer stays, we offer discounts on request.

Nazare, Sitio and Leuchturm, as well as Fatima, the most picturesque beach in Portugal, Batalha, a place of pilgrimage, Alcobaca monastery, Berlenga Island, snorkelling, ferries with daily rides, Lisbon, shopping, walking, sightseeing, historical center, museums, zoo, the Expo-areas with the big oceanarium, the shopping center Vasco da Gama, the old district Bairro Alto with its numerous restaurants and night life, and many more. You can drive over the bridge Vasco da Gama, as well as 25 de April with view of the Cristo Rei statue on the other shore. A very children friendly beach is Baleal and Foz do Arelho, close located. We recommend the beaches in Costa da Caparica and Sesimbra for day trips. The Nature Reserve Serra da Arabida bei Sesimbra, with its hidden beaches and panoramic views up to Alentejo are an absolute insider’s tip. Cascais, Sintra and Estoril are also worth a day trip.

The close located fishing village Peniche, as well as Serra del Rei offer shopping possibilities. There you can find fish, meat and fruit, vegetables, and everything that your heart desires. You can also go for lunch or dinner to numerous restaurants in the neighbourhood. The restaurants in Peniche, near the port offer delicious fish dishes, grilled fish and sea food. The complex itself has a small store (200 m), where you can buy food and products for your daily needs. In the Club-House you will find a good restaurant accessible to everyone. Further, there is the Mariott-Hotel with its first-class and very popular restaurant. Of course, you can order your food by phone everywhere, or you can enjoy eating on the terrace. Next to the swimming pool, there are 2 barbecues.

Golf Information:

18 holes Championship course, Par 72, built by the worldwide known American architect Cabell B. Robinson. This is a wonderful links course with numerous awards. Its lanes go along the seashore. It offers fantastic views over the Atlantic and the Berlenga Island. The Back Nine go over the parking lot with pine trees and villas. Here you will also find the second larges Hole in Portugal (17.Loch 570 m). Not far from there (30 min.), there is the Quinta do Brincal Golf Course (former Golden Eagle), 18 Loc Par 72, built by Rocky Roquomore. This is a hilly course with a beautiful landscape and interesting and challenging layout. The recently opened course Campo Real is half ways between Lisbon and Praia del Rei. It is a beautiful, Parkland Course. The golf course in Praia del Rei is also a challenge thanks to its natural landscape. There you will also find a driving range with Golf Academy, complete PGA, teaching personnel, Putting and Chipping Green, Pro-Shop, as well as the Club House with restaurant and bar.
