This very attractive townhouse is home to this 1 bed spacious apartment. Entrance Hall leads to inner hall door with private access to this apartment. There is a long hallway with glass doors to large lounge/dining. This beautifully appointed room has 2 double doors leading to large furnished terrace overlooking the pool area. The large bright master bedroom has double bed and well appointed master ensuite bathroom along with plenty of storage space. There is also a separate shower room with wc. The kitchen is galley designed and has plenty of working space. It has its own convenient access to the terrace. There is air conditioning in the apartment and there is convenient parking outside the door. Outside there is a lovely pool area with surrounding terrace complete with sunloungers. Pinheiros Altos Golf Course is across the road and there are concierge facilities close by. Recommended for 2 adults or family of 4.

These lovely apartments are located within the 5 star development of Pinheiros Altos. The club house of the Pinheiros Altos is just around the corner - perfect for the avid golfer. There are many other championship course nearby and throughout the Algarve. The local supermarket/pharmacy are located nearby at the Quinta Shopping Centre along with lots of great restaurants and bars. There are a number of lovely beaches just a short drive away most of which have little beach restaurants just perfect for the lazy lunch gazing at the ocean. A stroll through the narrow little streets of the old town of Faro is highly recommended as is a visit to the great weekly markets of Quarteira and Loule. Almancil, the nearest local town also has an abundance of supermarkets and restaurants. We also recommend visits to the marina town of Vilamoura, Lagos and of course Cape St Vincent the most westerly tip of Europe!

Additional Information:: This apartment is just a short drive to the Quinta Shopping where there is a well stocked supermarket and a pharmacy as well as lots of boutique type shops. The Vale da Loba Praca is close too and as well as being on the beach itself, also has a selection of restaurants/bars and little shops. Almancil is a 10 minute drive where again there are good supermarkets and restaurants. There is a large shopping centre in Faro called The Forum which has excellent facilities.

Golfing:: The Pinheiros Golf Course is around the corner and this club house has a very good restaurant. There are a number of other championship golf courses both nearby and along the Algarve. There may be special deals when you are booking...so do ask!
