Large, comfortable, bright and sunny self-catering city centre apartment in a renovated Victorian hospital. Duplex apartment with high ceilings and views across York and the world famous York Minster. Only 5 -10 minutes walk from the bustling city centre shopping areas, the Shambles, Stonegate, the Castle Museum, Cliffords Tower and the Jorvik Viking Centre. Close to pubs, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, museums, shopping and all the attractions that York has to offer. There is a Sainsburys supermarket nearby. The Railway Station and the National Railway Museum are only 15 minutes walk. Secure parking for one car is included. Transport from the railway station or from nearby airports can be arranged if required. Cot available on request.

Very well looked after appartment, with good facilites and lovely `soft` towels! It has its own parking space, and this is a bonus when visting York. The fact that the property is so close to the city wall, makes access to the historical sites, shops, bars and restaurants easy, as they are within a short walking distance.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
