This 18th century manor house, situated close to Duras, 3.5km away, 5 minutes by car, where you will find many good local amenities, shops, restaurants, cafes, banks and an excellent Tourist office, a must visit. The house has wonderful views over the rolling countryside and is surrounded by woods, meadows and vineyards. Being very private yet close to all amenities. The house, which is extremely well furnished, sleeps to a maximum of 12 plus 2 infants in 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms.

Situated close to the Lot-et-Garonne and Dordogne border, ideal location to visit the many beautiful Bastide towns and villages of the area, Eymet, Monflanqin, Villereal, Duras to name a few. It is possible to visit a different market every day of the week. Also try the fabulous night markets during the summer months. For golf lovers Chateau Vigiers and Marmande golf courses are both within half an hours' journey. Surrounded by woodland and country walks, bikes available to hire in Duras, fishing, tennis and horse riding all nearby. Alternatively just enjoy the house and pool in complete privacy.

  • Other dates available upon request, Bed & Breakfast is offered at 85 Euros per room per night. This is only offered at times when the house is not let. Four course evening meal including wine is available to our Bed & Breakfast guests at 25 Euros per person. Special rates for children.

GENERAL: Large lounge and dining room, beautifully furnished with ample comfortable furniture, dining table (seats 12), large open fireplace for those wonderful log fires during chilly winter evenings. Access to courtyard TV/Rumpus room SKY TV big LCD screen, DVD player, well stocked book shelves. Access to courtyard

OUTSIDE: 11.5 x 5.5 metre private heated swimming pool surrounded by large sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, two tables with chairs and barbeque. The pool has an alarm that complies with French laws. Large enclosed courtyard, table and chairs to seat 12, barbeque, accessed from lounge, TV room and kitchen. Extensive lawned areas for children to play and have fun. Lots of shady areas to take a chair to for quiet reading.
