Just 5 minutes by car is the delightful small town of Kiti where you will find an array of shops bars, restaurants and general amenities. Larnaca district is an ideal location for visiting the sights of Cyprus being just 40 minutes from the capital Nicosia, 30 minutes from Ayia Napa with the best water park in Cyprus. Trodos mountain range is easily accessed from Larnaca and the summit of Mount Olympus can be reached within 1 hour 30 minutes where during the winter months February & March you can ski on one of the three ski slopes. For evening entertainment the delightful village of Pervolia offers a selection of restaurants offering typical Cyprus cuisine, and European dishes. There are two shops in the village of Kiti for all general amenities including banks, bakeries etc. Kiti is just 5 mins drive away. Larger supermarkets 10 mins drive from apartment.

Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Kilometres
Car: necessary
Only a 5 minute drive to beautiful Pervolia where there is a lovely beach and plenty of bars and restaurants in an older cypriot style setting. The village of Kiti with its shops, bars, banks are a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 min walk away. Larnaca airport is 10 mins by car and Larnaca town for main shopping and the promenade etc is about 15 mins by car. The aqua parks in Limmassol and Ayia Napa area about 40 mins drive. There is a Camel park that also has a pool 5 mins drive away in Mazotos also with a secluded beach nearby. Dreamland is 2 minutes drive and has 2 pools, go-karting, games consoles, bouncy castles and inflatables, ball pit. The local village of Tersefanou is 5 min walk. There will be a golf course & country club built in Tersefanou around 2010 but this is being built around 0.8 to 1km away. This apartment is quiet enough to get away to relax but near enough to get to from airport and all facilities required.

When we arrived in Larnaca, the apartment was only 10 minutes from airport. Kathys helpers, (malcolm & Linda) were very good, they met us from airport and told us about sites and surrounding areas. They also arranged for a hired car the next day at a very good price (£15 a day) as well as made sure we had essentials when we got to apartment ie. milk, bread etc..
When we arrived at the apartment it was better than we expected. Very clean and a suitable size for me,my partner and her son. Lovely big balcony overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was cold but we are talking November. We was there for 10 days and covered all of southern Cyprus had a fab time and hope to go back in the summer. Apartment 10/10 Overall Holiday 8/10
