Easy access to motorway links, cycle paths and bus services. Only forty minutes from Larnaca airport.

Meet and Greet and Welcome Pack: Upon your arrival at the villa we will arrange (at no extra charge) for you to be met by our British representative who will be able to familiarise you with the villa, its facilities and those of the local area. We will also provide a free welcome pack consisting of such essentials as tea, milk, coffee bread, bottle of water and bottle wine.

Airport transfer: In addition our local representative is also able to collect and return up to 6 guests and all their luggage from Larnaca Airport at a cost of approx 50 Euros (please note, however, that this service is operated independently from ourselves and we regret that we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for it). Upon arrival at the villa the representative will then familiarise you with the villa, its amenities and those of the local area.

Bed Linen and towling changes: For bookings of 2 weeks or more this service will take place after the first 7 days and every 7 days thereafter at no extra charge. For bookings of less than 2 weeks this service can be arranged at cost (Euros 20)

We have just returned(28th Oct) from a four week stay at the villa. We have regularly rented private villas over the years and this one has to be high on our “favourites” list for Cyprus. It has a good position being only the 2nd villa up from the pathway to the beach and the sea can be easily seen from the lounge window. The villa is on the outer edge of a quiet residential estate of similar properties and only 6/7 minutes drive from the lively resort of Ayia Napa. The internal accommodation is spacious with open plan lounge/dining area/ kitchen. The kitchen area, though small, is fully equipped with modern appliances. We loved the minimal decor, that is, no ornaments, few pictures or decorative bits and pieces that might break . The television does not have BBC or ITV although there are many programmes in English. The outside pool area is spacious and “trapped by the sun” for most of the daytime and not overlooked as good quality fencing separates it from the houses on either side. The pool was cleaned twice every week. A 2 minute walk brings you to the shore. Here are pockets of sandy areas, rocks and rock pools but a 5 minute walk towards the hillside church brings you to a lovely sandy bay with sun parasols and loungers. The charge for these is 2.50 euros each. However, the sea here has many rocks and stones and crocs or bathing shoes are highly recommended Sandy beaches without the rocks can be found further down the coast at Nissi beach and the family resort of Protoras. The local supermarket was competitively priced and sells most everyday items but there are two large supermarkets at Paralimni. On arrival the villa was very clean and Wendy and Gerry were absolutely great and we cannot praise them enough. There are 2 bars in the close vicinity, a quiz is held at one of them Friday nights and there is a market with around 50 stalls held outside Loukas bar each Wednesday. Car hire, we believe, is a necessity for making the most of your holiday and due to the position of the villa. A fabulous holiday in a lovely home, we will be returning in 2010. Highly recommended

Amazing Holiday

Returned this morning from 1 weeks stay at the villa,(was attending a wedding at Nissi Beach Hotel -Not far) What can i say dont want to be back home. The villa is great and is almost home from home everything you need. Small shop and bar around corner... BBQ is cool to nothing better than a chilled beer and the smell of a bbq. Gerry and Wendy are great and are always willing to help if needed and can arrange airport pickups. All in all a fantastic time spent and would recomend to Anyone

my family and i have just returned from a most enjoyable stay at this villa.it is modern and very well maintained.the local representatives,gerry and wendy,are very helpful.the beautiful pool is cleaned twice weekly by two friendly english guys who like to drink frappe!the local beaches are great but i would recommend car hire to get around the island.the owner,patrick,was extremely helpful in dealing with any enquiries i had concerning the villa.all in all,our holiday was a very pleasant experience that we would highly recommend.

Ayia Thekla Villa

We stayed in the villa for 10 days in July with our daughter and 3 grandchildren. It was beautiful, spacious, modern and very clean. Kitchen had everything you needed including washing machine and full size fridge freezer which was really useful for stocking up with drinks, the obligatory giant watermelons and lollies for the kids. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfy beds and lots of storage space. The pool was lovely and a good size and was especially inviting when illuminated at night. There is plenty of space around for the sunloungers and table and chairs. The outside shower was really useful. There are lovely views of the sea from the lounge and both of the upstairs bedrooms lead to a very large veranda with lovely sea views. Ayia Thekla beach is about 2 minutes walk away, it has rock pools and a nice sandy area with crystal clear water. There is a small, but very well stocked supermarket just round the corner. Would recommend hiring a car to make the most of your holiday. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa.

Excellent Holiday

Just returned from 10 days holiday at this lovely villa and really enjoyed our stay. The Villa was of a high standard, very clean fully equiped and modern.
The pool was a really good size, clean and well maintained.
I would recommend this Villa to family and friends.
We were really happy with the level of service from the owners and their local representative.
We can't waite to return again in September.
