This development is very near to the marina, in Cala D'Or, approximately 45 minutes drive or taxi from Palma airport. Set at the end of the creek of Cala D'Or. Situated 20 minutes walk away from bustle of the main town, this is probably the ideal location for those that like to do beaches in the day and the marina's large range of quality restaurants and bars in the evenings. The development is of a very high quality being built in December 2006 by Taylor Woodrow. Situated between the rocky coves to the west and the town to the east. There is a land-train that takes you to all major (very pretty) beaches if you wish, if you don't have a hire car. Supermarkets are 15 minutes walk, as is the town with everything a thriving town offers. Nightlife if you want it or quiet waterside restaurants if preferred, golf is a 10 minute drive to the Val D'or Golf club, an excellent course, boat charter and diving are all available nearby. Personally I would recommend a hire car to enjoy this.

Nearest Airport: Palma Mallorca at 50 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres
Car: recommended
Excellent for: sailing, motor boat charters, diving (There's a dive centre the other side of Cala D'Or town). Mallorca itself offers just about everything imaginable. The Caves of Drach at Porto Cristo (aout 20 mins drive) are a must if you've not been, there's even a submarine with a glass bottom over by Palma Nova and water parks for the children (approx 60 mins drive). Val D'Or Golf course , one of the most attractivein South east Mallorca is approx 10 mins drive away. In addition, the golf courses of Son Antem (east/west) or Capdepera are reachable in under an hour and are very good. Cala Mondrago is a very popular beach with an excellent restaurant (approx 10 mins drive) A small beach (Es Forti) approx 10 mins walk or there are 3 beaches on the other side of Cala D'Or town. 20 mins walk, 5 mins by car. Cals D'Or is also famous for its rocky coves, and cliff-top paths with spectacular views.
