In the heart of tourist country, a charming fully renovated house situated at the foot of the town walls, benefits from an exceptional panoramic view and a magnificent 700m2 garden. Its situation gives direct pedestrian access to the walled town, to nearby shops, to the lower town (Bastide Saint Louis) to the banks of the river Aude and to the Canal du Midi.The golf course is 5 minutes drive away. This ancient house, 'Le Grand Canissou', is spacious (110m2) and comfortable, can accommodate 2 to 4 people and has a 4 star rating as holiday accommodation. Heating and air conditioning make it a rental possibility all year round. It is further enhanced by a terrace and a private garden. A parking space is available.

  • The price for two people is 700 euros in low season, 800 euros in mid season and 110 euros in high season. In low and mid season it is possible to rent the property for a short stay of 2 nights minimum. For prices please see the website - ask us for details.
    The reservation will be confirmed after payment of a 30% deposit by bank transfer. The balance is to be paid by bank transfer or in cash at the beginning of the stay. A damage deposit will be required on arrival. Included in the price are: household linen, maintenance kits, a breakfast hamper for the week and a gourmand hamper with local produce, transport from the station or the airport, parking and unlimited internet access.
