This lovely semi ground floor App. is in the Vallencias Urb. of Villa Martin. Within 5 mins drive of the famous Villa Martin Plaza and the commercial centre of Los Dolcis. Ideal for self catering holidays, being 10 mins drive from the great beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Riog and Campoamor. The Apt also has the use of a well appointed communal swimming pool with childrens area. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, new touch button hob, new oven and has been recently tiled. The bathroom has shower over bath, wash hand basin and w.c. There is also a utility room with seperate w.c.and washing machine. In the lounge there are 2 arm chairs and a sofa bed, British sat.TV, a radio CD player, ceiling fan and air con. To the front of the apt. the veranda is glassed in to form another room, and large south facing patio. The apt has ample parking.

The app. is within 5 mins walk of Los Dolses commercial centre, and 15 mins walk to Viilamartin Plaza, where you will find a great variety of banks, supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, some with entertainment. Villamartin is an excellent location very close to all the local amenities, only a few mins. drive to the excellent beaches. The 3 supurb local golf courses are all within 15 mins drive, Villamartin being within walking distance, Las Ramblas being the most challenging, and Royal Campoamor a very stunning course. The larger town of Torrevija is only 5 km down the road where you will find the famous natural salt lakes.
