Self Catering, this luxury 3 bedroom house is in a unique position, handy for all the facilities but in a quiet secluded spot with beautiful views of the mountains and sea. The house is set in a private estate with the lovely garden consisting of a lawned area and a large patio area. Facilities in the garden include a barbecue area, full sized pool table, table tennis table and sunbeds. There is an impressive communal swimming pool only 75 metres from the house. The house contains a Lounge, with cable TV with UK channels, Kitchen, Double Bedroom with En suite Bath/Shower/Toilet, Twin Bedded Bedroom, Single Bedroom and a further shower room and toilet. The property is furnished throughout to a very high standard and is very comfortable and homely. The accommodation within the main house will suit up to 5 people..

Notes: Although smokers are welcome they are politely asked not to smoke inside. When the 3 bed roomed house is rented, it is possible that the cabin on the roof will be separately rented. The house tenants will have sole rights to the garden and rear patios of house on the ground floor, and also sole use of the 1st floor sun terrace. However the occupier of the cabin will have rights of way from the cabin over the 1st floor sun terrace to reach the staircase and shared gate out of the property. The sun terrace in front of the cabin belongs solely to the cabin occupants.

Only 20 minutes from the airport: The whole property is very well furnished and in a fantastic position for those who want privacy but great speedy access to lots of entertainment and shops. The house is about 20 minutes by taxi from Reina Sofia Tenerife Airport. The cost of a taxi is 20-25 euros.

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, beach, yet quiet and private. Comfortable, clean and well furnished. Plenty of outdoor furniture with sunny and shady areas around the property. We made use of the barbie and pool table.Lovely swimming pool only 2 mins walk away.
Limited kitchen equipment, non-working dishwasher and non-opening security grills on most patio doors were minor issues that stopped the villa from being perfect.
The owner was very helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
