This luxury 2 bedroom apartment, situated in the beautiful area of Polis, enjoys magnificent views across the Chrysochous Bay mountains and over Polis village to the sea. This newly built, top floor apartment overlooks the swimming pool, has a lovely open character and benefits from full air-conditioning facilities, sunny front and rear balconies, a covered car parking space and use of a communal heated pool. The small, peaceful, complex is surrounded by olive and grapefruit groves, located on the outskirts of the charming village of Polis, 2 kilometres from the fishing village of Latchi where you can find a variety of watersports. Paphos airport is a 40 minute drive, through spectacular mountain scenery, with views of vineyards and orange groves.The village of Polis is centred around the old paved square, a 10 min walk from the apartment where you will find authentic Cypriot restaurants and tavernas.

  • Above prices include weekly cleaning, bed linen/towel changes and security deposit box.
    Air conditioning/heating extra payable locally if required.
    Once your booking has been accepted, you will have 7 days to pay a non-refundable deposit of GBP£100. Your booking will then be confirmed.

    The balance of your holiday must be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday commencement dates along with a refundable deposit of GBP£100 against breakages etc. Your deposit will be returned to you once the apartment has been checked and the key returned.
  • There will be a small starter welcome pack supplied for you on your arrival, including basic requirements. Specific requirements can be requested at an additional charge.
    A Safety Deposit Box has been installed in the apartment.

    Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

    No pets are permitted.

Notes: The outdoor swimming pool is heated over the autumn and winter season, by supplementary heating. The pool area is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas for general use. In the interests of health and safety, no smoking or drinking of alcohol is permitted at the swimming pool area. The apartment is on the second floor, overlooking the pool area. There are 2 flights of external stairs to reach the apartment, making it unsuitable for wheelchairs or people with mobility difficulties. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Paphos District: Cyprus has about 340 days of sunshine during the year. Beaches are a mixture of sand and pebble and the sea is clear blue and warm. Cyprus is full of history with Paphos exhibiting the Tomb of the Kings. Paphos and the Paphos district is known as the birthplace of Aphrodite and many popular attraction surround this. Polis is ideally located for walking, cycling, watersports and Golf. The Akamas peninsula is a popular area for exploration and offers a good escape for nature lovers. Cypriot locals are very friendly and will make you feel welcome. They are interested in you and your family and are keen to share their own family details with you. Local Tavernas offer good food and wine at reasonable prices. During the summer months Polis holds festivals of music, dance and singing, where tourists can meet locals and experience Cypriot life.

How to get there: Paphos International Airport is approx 40kms away and is served by most airlines from the UK. Car Hire is strongly recommended if you want to explore the area, but is not essential. Contact can be made with a local car hire company, on your behalf, if you require car hire, and a car can be left at the airport for you. Airport pick can be arranged on request. If you are not hiring a car, you will need a taxi from the airport, but this can be arranged for you in advance. The journey will take approx. 45mins. Airport Pick up can be arranged

lovely apartment a real home from home, the apartment had everything you could ever need (and more) to enjoy your stay. everything was spotless and there was more than enough clean towels for at least 4 people. lots of information left for us regarding all the great restaurants. Polis is a lovely village to relax and get away from it all. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment for couples and families as Polis is a place where we felt very safe and welcome and had a great holiday, we are booked to go back in september this year

My husband and I stayed in these apartments for 3 months this summer. They were excellent, very comfortable and peaceful. The host ladies were extremely kind and helpful. We would definately go back and have no hesitation in recommending the complex and the Polis area. The beach in particular is a great place, esp at the weekends.

This modern apartment is ideal for those who want to get away and relax in comfortable surroundings. We made full use of all the facilities - everything that you could possibly need is at hand (at last, a wardrobe with enough coat hangers!) and it is all very clean. A TV and DVD/CD (with plenty to choose from) add to the 'home from home' feeling. It was great to sit out on the balcony with a drink in the early evening as the sun was going down, very relaxing. The complex itself is well looked after, including the pool area, quiet and everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend hiring a car and the dedicated parking space at the complex made life easy. Polis has plenty to offer in terms of places to eat and drink and nearby Latchi (Yangos and Peter's restaurant was excellent) gives an alternative when you fancy a change. All in all a good place to visit if you want plenty of sunshine and to stay in quality accommodation.
