Large pool (25m) in splendid grounds. The ultimate in luxury, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom completely refitted (Oct 2008), internet (wifi/ethernet), DVD (divx), stereo system, 2 TVs. KITTCHEN: oven, 4 ring gas hob, cooker hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms, double bed, new bedlinen + extra sleeping facilities in living room. BATHROOM: 2, main with bath and shower, 2nd with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. 2 secure parking areas in the grounds (electric gates) CHILDREN are welcome, a 3 bed studio room is available for rent on the same level to accommodate nannies, guests or other children. Ideal for family holidays or a romantic break, the Croisette centre of Cannes is 10/15 mins on foot, the beach and the shops 5 mins.

Apartment by the sea in the quietest part of Cannes (area of natural springs/Palm Beach), beaches, sailing club, childrens' club, diving and shops are 5 mins away on foot. The building has large grounds with a large swimming pool and a green for bowls. As well as nautical activities you will find in the area numerous sea food restaurants, famous shops, night clubs, casinos, golf and tennis. Nice airport is 30 mins drive away. Juan les Pins, night-time city for clubbers and the young, 15 mins. If you venture into the countryside you will find the Alpes-Maritimes with superb hilltop villages and magnificent natural parks (Mercantour, Gorges du Verdon etc.)
