Quiet, sunny terrace - solarium, 1 bedroom, living room with fireplace, well equipped American kitchen (vitroceramic, microwave, dishwasher etc.) Practical complete bathroom with shower, barbecue outside, heating and air conditioning, wooden floor, lift in the building. All the apt in the high area of the town, well connected by bus and tube (5 minutes walk to station) you can reach the center (plaza cataluña) in 20 minutes, where you can take the trains to Costa Brava,fishing villages, costa Dorada, Gerona, Tarragona, Figueras ( museum Dali ) Montserrat, etc. Within walking distance you have supermarket (3 minutes) traditional catalan market (10 minutes) natural park of Guinardo (3 minutes) Sagrada Familia and park Guell ( Gaudi ) 15-20 minutes walking.
