The Fonte Sala estate, is located in a sunny area overlooking the vast Umbria countryside. It is surrounded by acres of olive trees belonging to the family and Montefalco 'Sagrantino' vineyards in line with the traditional wine-making of the area. In Fonte Sala we have two apartments: Bacco and Zefiro Bacco is characterised by a very big sitting room on the first floor with windows on four sides overlooking the Montefalco hills. It has an ample fireplace and the wooden beams and trusses. There is a double room with en-suite bathroom. Two more rooms, a double and a single, both with their own bathroom, are on the ground floor, next to the spacious kitchen. Zefiro is on one level; the sitting room and dining room maintain the structure of the original stables, with arches and two entrances. The kitchen is fully equipped with small fireplace and dishwasher. There are: a double room, a room with two beds, a single room and two bathrooms.

From Fonte Sala, you may easily reach some of the most well-know art cities of central Italy ( Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Todi). It is surrounded by acres of olive trees belonging to the family and Montefalco 'Sagrantino' vineyards in line with the traditional wine-making of the area. The foundations of the square tower are from the Longobard period, and are still visible in part. The country home has recently undergone restructuring which has however maintained its original structure.It is divided into three large apartments: Torre, Zefiro, and Bacco, with the family’s antique furniture, and two smaller ones: Ginestra and Lavanda. You can enjoy the food and wine specialities of the area and the nearby hills offer a number of routes for pleasant walks. The pool is set among the olive trees and is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.
