Beautiful villa located 200yds from golf club and 1st tee, with views across surrounding hills. The villa has its own drive and car port. Inside has a rustic feel, spacious rooms and high vaulted ceilings. There's a Kitchen, Lounge/dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds, 2 single beds- sleeps 6 in all. Outside there's a covered BBQ, dining area, sun loungers and covered seating area adjacent to pool. The villa has aircon in every room. The villa also has DVD and TV facilities. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security. Whether you're looking for a golfing break, a peaceful retreat or family holiday, the villa has everything to cater for your needs. The golf club, bars, restaurant and shopping facilities are a stones throw away. The resort championship golf course is Jack Nicklaus designed. There is a bus service to several other golf courses on Polaris resorts in the area. The Moorish city of Murcia is a 20 minutes car ride away as is the coast and airport.

El Valle Golf resort is located equally 20 minutes from the coast and the Moorish city of Murcia. Murcia has numerous tourist attractions, from churches and museums to many narrow streets flanked by shops and linked by numerous elegant plaza's. Tapa's bars abound! The coastal area boasts numerous water based activities whereas in land golf rules supreme. Murcia has 2 good shopping centres that cater for all tastes and budgets. El Valle is one of a number of Polaris golf resorts in the area. A free shuttle bus operates between the closest resorts at La Torre (5 min) and Mar Menor (20 min). Guests are free to use the numerous bars, restaurants, golf courses and facilities that exist on these resorts as well. With the waters of the Mar Menor, The mountains, the cities of Murcia and Cartagena within easy reach...not forgetting the golf...El Valle provides and excellent base for exploring the area indulging in sporting activities or just chilling out!

Polaris El Valle Golf resort: El Valle is one of the finest courses on the Jack Nicklaus trail. An 18 hole par 71, it has numerous challenging holes many of which have breathtaking views towards the Mar Menor and surrounding hills. It has a practice area/driving range/putting green and excellent clubhouse facilities. It is one of the finest desert links courses in Europe. El Valle is one of a number of courses in the area making up the Jack Nicklaus golf trail. 4 courses are already up and running and easily accessible within a 25km area.

Murcia and Costa Calida: El Valle Golf Resort is located in Costa Calida in the South East of Spain. The resort is 20 mins from the Moorish city of Murcia, which has numerous plazas, gardens, churches and museums...not forgetting many Tapas bars located on narrow streets and wide plazas. Costa Calida means 'the warm coast' and the area enjoys a mild climate with sunshine for over 320 days a year. Summers average around 30 degrees C during the day whereas winters rarely tend to fall below 18 degrees during daytime. The coast has over 200km of beaches along the shores of the Mediterranean and Mar Menor. This region is one of the best kept secrets.
