Beautiful French country house with private pool and garden. L' Aubresset is a comfortable, well-equipped property which is an ideal base for a holiday in the Dordogne. Rental for 8 people, on the countryside, only a few minutes from Périgueux. The house has two double bedrooms and two rooms with twin beds and also two baby beds. There is a family bathroom with a big shower and a second bathroom. Toilets are separated. There is a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven. There is also a laundry with washing and drying machine. 2 Televisions, DVD player, wifi, open fire place... Private garden with save pool 6 by 12, with luxury exotic wooden terrace, panoramic view, loungers and barbecue. Tennis table, petanque, badminton... Private garage. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The property l' Aubresset, situated in a quiet hamlet just outside of the village of Razac sur l' isle, has the most splendid panoramic country views in the heart of romantic Dordogne. Périgueux, capital of the Dordogne, is 10 minutes away and offers a great deal to visit, including the Unesco World Heritage listed St Front Cathedral, the Roman villa of Vesuna and many shops and restaurants. Bordeaux and St Emilion, both famous for their vineyards, are within one hour's drive, as are the picturesque village of Brantôme( know as the Venice of Périgord), and the interesting medieval towns of Bergerac, Sarlat and Domme. There are also a lot of castles to visit nearby, including the imposing Castelnaud and the beautiful Hautefort. You can also visit many caves and gouffres, like Proumeyssac, or the world famous prehistoric Lascaux, Montignac and Les Eyzies. Canoeing is available on many local rivers, and the beautiful local countryside is perfect for horse riding and cycling.
